Before becoming an attorney, Sheetal spent 10 years working closely with immigration attorneys, supporting a wide range of employment-based and family-based immigration matters, including H-1B and L-1 visas, adjustment of status, and change of status petitions. Her early, hands-on experience gives her a deep and practical understanding of the legal and human dimensions of immigration law.
She also brings over eight years of corporate legal and compliance experience from the biotech, diagnostics, and healthcare technology industries. In prior roles, she worked closely with in-house counsel on regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and contract lifecycle management, providing her with a solid foundation in legal operations and strategic problem-solving.
Sheetal earned her Juris Doctor from Northwestern California University School of Law and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology (NIT), Hamirpur. She is also pursuing certification in privacy law through the IAPP CIPP/US credential.
